Full moons are a special andย  spiritual time - honouring the completion of cycles, release. Harness the beautiful and powerful energy of the full moon. Call on the vibrant light of the moon for clearing, transformation, and healing.

There is not one right way to experience Restorative Yoga Nidra with the Gong. In our everyday lives we are often called upon to give. In this practice you are welcomed to rest and receive the practice.

Immerse yourself with the gentle vibration of the gong, washing over your body even at the cellular level as the nervous systems balance and deep rest, release, and making room for new intentions can be explored.
