This 30 minute distance reiki session includes
- initial consultation,
- intention setting,
- a time lapse video of the treatment
- any notes taken throughout the session

Distance Reiki is great if it is your personal preference and it has been helpful when we can't connect in person (due to illness, schedules/locations, emergencies, pets... distance reiki has even been done for a client in labour!)

Q: What do I have to do?
A: You don't have to "do" anything. Some clients prefer relaxing comfortably during their session. Some clients have been grocery shopping. It's all energy. Reiki does it thing no matter where you are.
